Nutrition
As a holistic nutritionist, my priority is to find whole food solutions to physical and mental health symptoms over supplementation whenever possible. I believe that a ketogenic /low carb approach is best for most people, especially those who need to heal. It is anti-inflammatory, easy to follow and the most natural approach to eating. It includes healthy natural fats, clean protein sources, green leafy vegetables, nuts, berries, and some dairy. I am trained in and open to other whole food approaches, but recommend low carb as the best path to freedom and health. I am also very well-versed and experienced in all types of fasting and its health benefits.
Eating Disorder Recovery
I have several certifications in eating disorder recovery coaching. However, my own experience with recovery from 31 years of bulimia, binge eating, anorexia, and compulsive and emotional eating, as well as the thousands of hours spent working with hundreds of clients over the last six years with consistent results are what best qualifies me to help you!
Life Coaching
I am certified in CBT life coaching. I specialize in helping clients with grief, fear/anxiety, life transitions, setting boundaries, dealing with narcissists, relationship management, debt management, facing conflict and more.

My Approach
All coaching is faith based. I am a Christian, and to leave out the impact that my faith has made in my own transformation, would be leaving out the most important part of my story. When we truly transform, it’s from the inside out! Mind, spirit and body. While you will never find me “preaching” at you or pushing my beliefs, I never shy away from conversations about faith and its role in healing. My hope is that the love of Jesus shines through me and reaches all those in need of the bright light of His presence in their situation and life.
Whether clients come to me for life coaching or nutrition coaching, it has been my experience that we wind up dealing with both. We are whole people. Addressing just one area of our lives rarely creates permanent change. All things in life touch all other things and create cause and effect in all areas. I can teach you nutrition and help you lose weight, if that is your goal. However, in order to make the change permanent, we have to address what caused you to be unhealthy in the first place. Most food behaviors are driven by false beliefs or compulsion. Root cause is so important to explore to correct thinking and break old patterns. We often wind up exploring relationships in your life or other situations that you may not have considered that you need to talk about because you weren’t aware how they impacted your behavior.
